A spacious house in Jurmala, situated more 700 metres away from a sandy beach. The house is more than 100 years old (an architectural monument) but it has been renovated fairly recently and it is in a very good condition. It is located only a few kilometres away from the Jurmala city centre and within 5 minutes walk from a railway station, so it does not create any problems to get quickly to the city centre, Livu Aquapark or the centre of Riga City.
