FOR APARTMENTS

On the confirmation of the reservation Agency STES Latvia asks the payment of the reservation deposit - usually for 1 night (but it can be changed according of type of apartment and renting time) while the rest of the payment in full shall be done at the arrival day (by cash).
Prices required are expressed in EUR, USD, LVL. It is possible to pay in LVL and USD according the current exchange rate.

The secure deposit is also asked to be paid in the day of your arrival in amount of 100 Euro which will be returned back after the check out when the keys will be returned and if no damage or losses will be caused to any property in the apartment

In case if it is impossible to accommodate the booked apartment, company provides equivalent apartment

FOR COTTAGES AND LONG TERM RENT

30%-50% (according renting time) of the rent must be prepaid when the written confirmation arrives. The total price, minus prepayment, for the cottage must be paid no later than 4 weeks ahead of arrival date. For apartments (long term rent) the rest of amount (for 1 month) should be paid in arrival day.
At booking of a cottage the contract is sent.

CANCELATION

The cancellation of the reservation on behalf of the customer gives to Agency STES Latvia the right to keep the reservation deposit which was paid in advance.


Prices depend on the quantities of people, nights and a season.


Please note that we have a late check-in fee and early check-out fee of 10 Euro later than 9pm and before 8am.
